There are a million tools for businesses to track and forecast their finances. And, while there are many personal finance/budgeting apps (e.g., Quicken, YNAB), I've found that:
- My experience is interrupted by many ads and "sponsored" links/content.
- Using a new budgeting app increases the volume of spam I receive.
- It's annoying to reach seemingly simple answers (like balance forecasts).
- Debt payoff strategies are non-existent or tedious to configure.
So, what if the average, slightly-savvy person could get business-quality reports that answer their most important questions?
Goals
- Help people understand their cash flow and implement debt payoff strategies
- Answer important questions fast, with little-to-no effort
- Simple to set up and get value, even without connecting their bank
- Don't sell data or show ads
